Groups
This screen is used to define the different groups that can be assigned to the mailing addresses for batch printing processing. They are also selectable when viewing the Address database screen. This is helpful if you have a large set of addresses in the system.
The fields are available on this screen are as follows:
Group: - This is just a name that describes the group. You can change these or add as many as needed..
Group Name: - This is the Group name and is used in the group selection drop down box during the mailing address entry screen.
