Return Address Options
You need to understand the setup for this area. You need to set up your Return Addresses on this screen. You can access this screen by selecting the Options Menu from the Main Screen, then select Return Address Options.
You will see the following fields that need to be filled out so that the system can correctly process your return addresses.
The system comes with three default return address records already initialized for you. They are the "Default", "One Time", and "Work". You can change these and/or add anything you want as your return addresses. If you only have one, then you should just use the one defined as the "Default".
The fields are available on this screen are as follows:
Address Name: - This is just a name that describes the return address.
Return Address: - This is the Return Address. It is a free format memo field. Just press the Return or Enter key to jump to the next line.
Default values fields:
Print Return Address - Check this if you want the return address to print on the envelopes.
Print "Attn" in front of the Attn: field: - Check this if you want the word "Attn:"
Print POSTNET Bar code - Check this option if you want to print the USPS POSTNET bar code on your Envelopes.
Print/Display Logo Image - Check this option if you want to print a Logo on your envelope.
Print FIM-A Mark - Check this option if you want to print the FIM-A Mark on your envelope.
These are just defaults, and some of the options can be changed at time of printing.
