Options

There are options off the menu's that we will discuss here.
Menu

File
 Backup/Restore Data - Select this option and you will be presented with two more options.  One is to backup/save the data files to archives.  This will make a copy of your current data files associated with this program and store them on you system for retrieval purposes.  The second option allows you to restore the previously saved files and replace the current ones you have in this system.  This is used in case of a major problem, or if you re-installed the system because of some other problem.
 
 Preview - This is used preview the output of an envelope.  Useful when loading logo's or images to check the layout.

 Batch Printing - This option allows you to select multiple address names to be printed at once.  This can be used for Christmas lists, or some other list that you would print envelopes for.
 
 Print - This is used print the envelopes. (you can also use the button that is on the main screen)

Edit
 Edit Mailing Addresses - This is where you can maintain the mailing addresses that will be stored and used in this program.

 Preview Mailing Address List - This option allows you to preview the Mailing Address List.
 
 Print Mailing Address List - This option allows you to print the Mailing Address List.

 Edit Return Addresses - This is the same as the properties option above.

Zip Codes
 USPS - Zip Codes - This option will take you to the United States Postal Service Zip Code Lookup web site.  You can lookup any zip code here.

 Canada - Postal Codes - This option will take you to the Canadian Postal Service Postal Lookup web site.  You can lookup any Postal code here.

 Royal Mail - UK - This option will take you to the Royal Mail Postal Code Lookup web site.  You can lookup any Postal Code for the UK here.

 Australia - Postal Codes - This option will take you to the Austrailia Mail Postal Code Lookup web site.  You can lookup any Postal Code for Australia here.


Options
 Return Address Options - This is used to set up the Return addresses that are used in this program.

 Printer Settings/Options - This is used to set up the printers that are used in this program.  You really only need to use this area once, when you are originally

 Groups - This option allows you to create new groups that can be used during batch printing and the selection process on the Address screen.
 
 Fonts - This option is used to select what type of Fonts you want to use that are printed on the Envelope.  You have an option for the Return Addresses, Mailing Addresses and Attention fields.
 
 Envelope Types and Sizes - This is used to maintain the Envelope types and sizes used in the program.  CAUTION should be taken before changing these settings.

 Change Background Color - By selecting this option, you can select the color that is used as the background in this program.  If you change the color, you may have to exit the program and re-run as some of the fields may look strange, or you might not be able to see them until a restart.
 
 Change Data Text Color - By selecting this option, you can select the color that is used to display the data entry fields color.  The default is Blue, but you can change it to display any color you wish.

 Change Screen Text Color - By selecting this option, you can select the color that is used to display the screen description fields color.  The default is White, but you can change it to display any color you wish.

 Change Justification of Return Address - By selecting this option, you will be displayed a pop-up menu that will allow you to justify the return address for printing.  This can also be reached by Right-Clicking on the return address field.

 Change Justification of Mailing Address - By selecting this option, you will be displayed a pop-up menu that will allow you to justify the mailing address for printing.  This can also be reached by Right-Clicking on the Mailing address field.

 Import Mailing Addresses - If you have a database with addresses already entered into it, you may be able to import the data into this program.  You can import the following types of data:  Paradox files, DBase files, Text, HTML, Excel, Lotus 123, Quattro Pro, Microsoft Access, and XML files.

 Add AIRMAIL Stamp - some have asked for this, as it will add an AIRMAIL stamp to the envelope when printed.  This must be selected prior to printing the envelopes.
